Where is my order?
Open Orders and tap the live order. The timeline shows exactly where your food is, and the ETA updates every few seconds.
Order issues
Wrong, missing or spilled item? Tap “Need help?” on the tracking page. Most refunds are approved instantly and reflect in 3–5 working days.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI refunds land within minutes, cards within 5 working days. Cancelled orders keep your coupon.
Coupons
One coupon applies per order. If a coupon fails, the reason is shown before payment — never after.
