Using Zaika
You must be 18+ to place orders. Prices, availability and delivery times are set by restaurants and may change during peak hours.
Payments
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store full card numbers. COD is available in most pincodes.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge while the order is still being placed. Once a restaurant starts cooking, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion.
Liability
Zaika is a marketplace. Food quality and hygiene obligations rest with the restaurant partner, and we enforce them through audits.
